How do I buy something?

To buy any product click on the product image or the product name, after you have done that you will have to add you product in your shopping cart by clicking ADD TO CART button on the right.
From here you can add more products or click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of your screen that will show how many products you have in it.
From there just complete the form and proceed to checkout!

Do I need to sign up to buy?

No!You can place a order without signing up by just completing the form needed that contains you name, address and everything needed for shipment.
Note: We strongly recommend to sign up in order for you to track and manage your orders also so you can check your past orders aswel!

I have forgotten my password, now what?

On the login menu you have “Account” -> “My Account” and from there you can use the “Lost your password?” button and follow the instructions, also you can do this before you place your order by clicking on “Returning customer? Click here to login” where you will find the “Lost your password?” button again.

I have forgotten my username, now what?

Please contact us by email or live chat where we will ask some questions about your account in order to make sure you are the owner!

What methods of payment are accepted?

We only accept PayPal at the moment but we will add other methods soon!

Why don't you ship to my country?

We wish to ship to every country ,unfortunately the postal services or courier services might have some restrictions.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by the amount ordered and by the weight of the parcel.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

For parcels in the European Union shipping will take about 2-3 weeks! Note: they may arrive sooner!
For parcels outside the European Union shipping will take 1-2 months! Note: they may arrive sooner!

How do I get a refund?

How do I return / exchange items?

What if I change my mind?

We usually ship between 1-3 working days , if you change your mind be sure to contact us ASAP for a order cancelation and a refund!
